There are some nice sized bonefish here. This is just a below average size. Nice by anyone's standards but there are much bigger ones caught here.

can anyone help me out i have only fished for bone fish once and i'm headed to Marathon key in feb 20- 27. Does anyone know where the good flats are inthe area for bone fish

Fellow anglers if any of you see dead bonefish please report to Fish & Wildlife Commission (FWC): Fish Kill Hotline at 800-636-0511. The FWC has issued and Executive Order to protect Bonefish and other species impacted by the cold weather. You can also check out the discussion at the Snook group. As anglers we need to help monitor the effects of this unprecedented cold spell which has killed a lot of our favorite species.
